Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of three companies (two active)
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
Monitor accounts payable and receivable. Execute all AR and AP functions.
Online banking and QBO integration
Calculate and report Sales and Use Tax in multiple states
Interact with tax accountant

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
5+ years of experience in related field
Expert in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
Rockstar in organizational and analytical skills
Extremely Detail oriented and thorough
Able to understand and follow-through on trainings and requests the first time
