Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for all applications, focusing on clinical, practice management, and operational workflows
Conduct workflow analysis, device integration, and planning related to clinical systems
Participate in the planning, development, implementation, testing, training, and maintenance of electronic medical record applications
Assist in problem resolution and execute formal Change Management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system enhancements and defect resolution

Required
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
At least 4 years of system implementation experience
Strong understanding of clinical information systems and workflows
Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with electronic medical record applications
Familiarity with change management processes in a healthcare setting
Previous experience in a technical leadership role
Knowledge of device integration within healthcare systems
