Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements, including marketing, IT, HR, and facilities contracts.
Lead negotiations with external parties to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
Provide strategic legal advice to support business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Interface with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams, to understand their procurement needs and deliver effective legal solutions.
Contribute to the restructuring and optimization of the procurement legal team, developing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure all contracts adhere to the client’s legal standards and procurement policies.

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
5+ years of experience in corporate legal departments or law firms with a focus on procurement, marketing agreements, and IT contracts.
Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including NDAs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and amendments.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both legal and business teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to raise concerns and provide innovative solutions.
