Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain our real-time messaging subsystem.
Responsibilities include intensive SQL database work and multi-threaded management of our technology for sending out millions of emails, texts, push notifications, and automated phone calls.

Required
Proven C# and SQL Server development successes.
Mastery of real-time, multi-threaded principles.
Fundamental knowledge of large-scale and robust software design and development techniques.
Track record of developing complex, reliable systems from concept through delivery, and maintaining the same systems through subsequent releases.
Background of strong team collaboration.
Passion to solve the most difficult problems.
Motivation to wear many hats, with the innate ability to prioritize and succeed with a variety of projects and roles.
A deep empathy for customers, and a drive to resolve customer issues and requests quickly.
Leadership skill is appreciated due to the growth opportunities within the company.
Four-year or advanced degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
