Responsibilities
Identify and implement strategies to drive business growth, including expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Use analytical skills, industry trends and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
Meet and exceeds established KPIs.
Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with other departments, including operations and finance, to ensure business development efforts align with company goals and objectives.
Thrive in a small business environment by taking on a variety of tasks and stepping in where needed to support the overall success of Homeport Stays.
Constantly seek ways to improve and streamline business development processes and foster a culture of learning and growth.
Maintain accurate and updated sales activity and progress in company CRM.
Foster relationships by attending industry and networking events while demonstrating ROI.

Required
Proven experience (7+ years) in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the corporate housing, real estate, or hospitality industries.
Experience with B2B sales.
Demonstrated ambition and relentless drive to take ownership and achieve results.
Able to work with minimal direction yet consistently produces high-performing results.
Experience in developing and achieving KPIs.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment with a willingness to take on multiple roles as needed.
