Responsibilities
Utilize, support, and help refine best-in-class processes aligned with the strategic goals of the company to source, recruit, and hire top talent efficiently and effectively.
Consistently elevate the standards by which the team sources high quality candidates, provides realistic job previews and exhibits the company’s core values in every candidate interaction.
Deliver the highest level of customer service to company leadership, addressing staffing needs promptly and effectively.
Influence, mentor and train Talent Acquisition team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition Team.
Help ensure the Talent Acquisition Team effectively utilizes all available tools and resources, while contributing recommendations for potential enhancement or upgrade opportunities.
Leverage recruiting expertise to identify and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, elevated market research, and expanded understanding of competitive landscape.
Influence others to reach and maintain optimum staffing levels while working to prioritize critical openings and high turnover locations.
Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression of the company and adherence to company core values in every interaction.
View staffing through an enterprise-wide lens, considering the broader Company goals and priorities rather than just individual workload.
Support and influence the success of Talent Acquisition through performance accountability, engagement, and ongoing training and development.
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Execute team member performance improvement plans, progressive discipline, and terminations when appropriate per Company policy.
Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of staffing processes, projects, and outcomes with organizational objectives.
Complete other projects and special assignments as required by Supervisor and/or Senior Management.
Help to create, design, implement, or otherwise participate in new processes to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
5+ Years Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience required
3+ Years experience sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced or high-volume environment required
Able to align recruitment processes with the strategic goals of the company by elevating sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices to better support organizational objectives, priorities, and ongoing evolution.
Skillfully manages and enhances the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring positive interactions, clear communication, realistic job previews, and professional representation of the brand and company values to leave a lasting impression.
Adept at providing exceptional service to company leadership and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, addressing their needs promptly and effectively to meet staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction.
Willing and able to influence, coach, mentor, and train Talent Acquisition team members, providing guidance, support and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in utilizing available tools and resources to optimize the recruitment process and achieve staffing objectives, as well as accepting accountability for others to successfully incorporate these tools into their workflow for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Capable of influencing without direct authority, elevating team engagement, rewarding and recognizing valued contributors, and accepting ownership of team outcomes.
Ability to exchange information in a manner that is clear, concise, considerate, and appropriate for the target audience.
