Responsibilities

Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 15 years' experience in a similar role within the merchant services, payments, or fintech industry
Deep understanding of the merchant services or payments space, particularly the role of agents
Proven track record in building and growing sales functions
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Problem solver
Highly organized
Advanced analytical skills
Experience in managing a P&L
High level of integrity
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
