Responsibilities
Support efforts to assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
Develop requirements based on input from project stakeholders including Assembler developers and business tax consultants.
Create use cases from requirements.
Determine test methods for each use case.
Research, gather and synthesize information from disparate internal information repositories into Plain Language.
Maintain requirements in requirements tool.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
Participate in scrum planning and daily reporting.
Document service levels and performance requirements to ensure they meet established quality standards.
