Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
Verify and correct data entry errors to ensure data integrity.
Compile, sort, and organize documents and data for efficient access.
Respond to data inquiries and provide necessary information to internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as required by the management.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes for improved efficiency.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data management is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
Preferred
Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
