Responsibilities

Review various datasets and compile a panel dataset, including a detailed codebook, to capture data for the 30- and 90-day reports, initial dataset. Expand the dataset to incorporate pre-arrival data (mobilization and application metrics), along with 6- and 12-month survey data and refugee-completed surveys. Perform statistical analyses to examine the relationship between sponsor group size and key outcomes at 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. Provide data analysis and visualizations for a Welcome Corps Outcomes Insights report, working with the Program Officer, Evaluation and Impact Analysis and Program Manager, Practice and Research.

Create a mobilization dataset to track outreach efforts and application metrics (initiated and/or submitted).

Perform statistical analyses to examine the relationship between mobilization and communication efforts, sponsor conversion, and sponsor experience. Provide data analysis and visualizations for a Welcome Corps Mobilizations Insights report, working with the Program Officer, Evaluation and Impact Analysis and Program Manager, Practice and Research.

Provide data analysis and visualizations for a Welcome Corps Sponsor Fund Insights report, working with the Program Officer, Evaluation and Impact Analysis and Program Manager, Practice and Research.

Develop state-based outcome trends infographics one-pagers.

Collaborate with the Program Manager with essential reports summarizing dataset trends and insights.

Required

Proven Experience in Data Analysis and Statistical Modeling: Demonstrated experience in data cleaning, analysis, and statistical modeling, particularly within the context of social or humanitarian programs, to generate insights for reporting and decision-making.

Ability to Develop and Maintain Complex Datasets: Experience with creating, managing, and refining panel datasets, including the development of codebooks, to support longitudinal studies and track trends over multiple intervals.

Proficiency in Data Visualization and Reporting Tools: Skilled in creating clear and impactful visualizations and reports that communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for generating state-specific infographics and detailed analysis reports.

Expertise in Statistical Software and Programming: Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, or Stata) to perform data analysis and visualization for multi-interval reporting and project-specific insights.

Strong Collaborative and Communication Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including program officers and managers, to ensure that data outputs and insights align with project goals and stakeholder needs.

Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance: Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness in data cleaning, processing, and reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables for project insights.
