Responsibilities
Change Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic change management plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders to foster buy-in, gather insights, and manage expectations throughout the change journey.
Communication and Training: Develop and deliver effective communication plans, training programs, and learning materials to support organizational readiness and enable successful change.
Project Support: Work closely with project teams and leadership to identify risks, measure impact, and ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.
Digital Platform Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of Unily and SharePoint sites to centralize resources, enhance user engagement, and support change initiatives.
AI Tools and Prompt Engineering: Utilize AI tools and advanced prompt engineering techniques to streamline communication, content development, and other change management functions.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure a consistent and culturally adaptable approach to change across regions.

Required
Strong background in organizational change management
Demonstrated experience on large-scale, high-impact initiatives that span multiple regions
Experience in IT engineering
Finance and Business proficiency in digital workplace platforms such as Unily and SharePoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences across all organizational levels, tailoring messaging and approaches to resonate with each group
Cross-functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with various departments to ensure alignment and cooperation
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and requirements
Strong analytical skills to assess data, report progress, and make recommendations
Adaptability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional settings
Understanding of project management principles
Preferred
Prosci Certification or equivalent change management training
Project Management experience, especially in high-impact, global projects
Experience in learning development and materials creation, including knowledge transfer and training
