Responsibilities
Acting as the first line of contact for EigenDA customers
Expanding ecosystem through prospecting and strategic outreach
Analyzing customer needs and providing high-touch, tailored solutions
Maintaining ongoing support for existing EigenDA customers, providing Product and Engineering teams with user feedback to strengthen and develop product roadmap
Documenting, tracking, and analyzing customer pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) and business intelligence tools

Required
3+ years of experience working in a business development and/or partnerships role
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the data availability stack
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Experience with CRM and BI platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills
