Responsibilities

Overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the identity and access management strategy.

Ensuring only authorized individuals have access to the appropriate resource and information within Ensemble systems.

Serving as an escalation point with Operations and Clients.

Developing and implementing a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and security requirements.

Establishing IAM policies, procedures, and standards to govern access controls, user provisioning, and identity verification processes.

Managing the entire lifecycle of user identities, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and access review processes.

Collaborating with Security on access control policies and enforcing least privilege principles to restrict access to sensitive data and resources based on user roles, responsibilities, and business needs.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal security policies related to identity management and access control, such as HIPAA, PCI, and SOX.

Building and leading a team of IAM professionals providing guidance, mentoring, and training to develop their skills and expertise in identity and access management.

Collaborating with external vendors, service providers, and partners to evaluate third-party IAM solutions and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Collaborating with Security in identifying and mitigating security risks associated with identity and access management, such as insider threats, unauthorized access, and identity theft.

Strategically aligning the IAM program with the overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration and developing strategic financial budgets and operational plans.

Building relationships with Client IAM teams to define processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
