Responsibilities
Develop and execute a licensing strategy aligned with Cacau Creates, Inc’ business goals and artistic vision.
Identify and research potential licensees across various industries, building a strong pipeline of prospects.
Proactively reach out to potential partners, presenting Cacau Creates,Inc’ portfolio and value proposition.
Negotiate licensing agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with current licensees, providing ongoing support to maximize the success of licensed products.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets the requirements of licensing partners.
Track market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the licensing industry.
Oversee contract management, royalty reporting, and compliance.
Develop and maintain sales materials, pitch decks, and other tools to support licensing efforts.
Represent Cacau Creates,Inc at industry trade shows and events to network and attract new business opportunities.

Required
Proven experience in licensing, business development, or sales, preferably in the creative or design industry.
Strong understanding of intellectual property and licensing agreements.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both creative and business stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to business development.
Preferred
Knowledge of surface pattern design, product development, or related industries is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative suite, procreate software.
