Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts and articles that align with our content strategy and drive brand awareness.

Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). Use basic design tools (Canva) to create graphics as needed. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor social performance.

Customer Case Study Creation: Schedule, interview, and create new customer case studies based on conversations and metrics with key stakeholders.

Content Planning & Ideation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop ideas that align with our brand’s goals, including blog topics, social media campaigns, and seasonal content.

Marketing Support: Assist with other content and marketing tasks, such as email marketing, copywriting for digital assets, and repurposing content for various channels, as needed.

Required

Minimum of 4 years in content creation, blogging, or social media management, ideally in a SaaS or tech-related field. Open to freelancers.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for various audiences and platforms.

Proficient in managing and creating content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Familiarity with social media analytics is a plus.

Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize blog content for search engines.

Comfortable using content management systems (WordPress), social scheduling tools, and basic design tools (Canva) to create visual content for social media.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
