Required
A proven track record in sales and mortgage-related fields, with at least 1 years of relevant experience.
Must possess an active Florida, Georgia and/or Texas Mortgage Loan Originator license.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and forging long-lasting relationships.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting performance goals.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to offer innovative solutions.
Proficiency in using loan origination and CRM software.
