Responsibilities
Work with leads to understand their requirements and help them figure out if our product is the solution for their problem.
Put together selling presentations that easily convey the value proposition to prospects.
Communicate customer use cases to the product team and work with them to ensure maximum product fit.
Work with the product and marketing teams to familiarize with the product landscape and become a technical product expert.
Work with customers to train their teams on the product and identify (and solve) problem areas in their processes.
Set and achieve quotas on a quarterly basis.
Partner with senior leadership to identify problem areas and improve efficiency in the sales process.
Attend professional events and workshops to build and maintain networks.

Required
Experience with handling and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments (networks, system, security).
5 years of experience as a Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or other technical-customer facing role for cybersecurity companies.
Knowledge with cybersecurity terminology.
Knowledge of various operating systems - Linux, Mac, and Window - including troubleshooting.
Desire to work as part of a small, do-it-all flexible team - be self-driven, willing to take initiative and effectively managing your time.
Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes.
Ability to speak in front of a crowd.
