Required
Corporate risk management, claims or commercial insurance experience.
Ability to hit the ground running, working on a varied book of commercial business.
Managing all aspects of marketing and negotiating property and casualty insurance renewals.
Insurance policy audits.
Risk management program audits.
Heavy client contact.
Risk identification and analysis.
Review and analysis of contracts and leases.
Loss reserve analysis and reserve negotiation.
Management of client records.
Claims monitoring and negotiations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues and make recommendations to client senior management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point and FileMaker Pro.
Experience in managing multiple projects under deadlines with multiple priorities.
Preferred
Degree in Risk Management, Finance or Accounting.
Three to six years of experience.
Professional certification (CPCU, CIC, ARM, CPA, MBA, ESQ).
Risk Management experience in the fields of commercial real estate, property management, private equity or construction.
