Responsibilities

Plan and Design: Develop travel-related events based on client preferences, objectives, and budgets

Venue Selection: Research and choose suitable venues, accommodations, and facilities that match the event's purpose and size

Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects, including transportation, catering, audio-visual equipment, and guest accommodations

Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, making cost-effective decisions to achieve financial targets

Vendor Coordination: Work with various vendors, including caterers, decorators, entertainment, and transportation providers

Client Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with clients to update them on event progress and address any needs or concerns

Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing plans to promote and attract participants to travel-related events
