Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote SAP sustainability initiatives.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
Work with SAP sustainability leadership team to craft executive messages, blogs, and other forms of social media content.
Produce high-quality written and visual content that aligns with SAP sustainability goals.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media and sustainability.
Interact and communicate with shareholders and executive management

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years working experience.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills (e.g., blogs, social visuals, infographics).
Proven experience in social media and content management.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders inside and outside SAP, at all levels.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Preferred
East coast location preferred.
Knowledge of sustainability issues, trends, and best practices a plus.
Experience working with shareholders and executive management.
