Responsibilities
Process and manage all incoming invoices and payment requests
Handle roughly 100 -200 Payables a week
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting
Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to support operational needs

Required
2+ yrs of experience within accounts payable
Familiarity with Netsuite Oracle software
Experience working within the Freight or Logistics Industry
Strong understanding of the full accounts payable lifecycle
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
