Responsibilities
Foster Relationships: Build trust and loyalty by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
Communicate Effectively: Respond promptly across various channels, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction.
Problem Solve: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Stay Informed: Become an expert in our products and services to provide accurate information and build confidence in our solutions.
Track & Analyze: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, spotting patterns to improve service.
Team Up for Success: Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments to provide comprehensive support.

Required
Associate degree or equivalent.
2+ years of call center or customer support experience.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) and CRM platforms.
Proven conflict-resolution skills and the ability to handle demanding customers gracefully.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational abilities and a knack for prioritizing tasks.
Clear and effective communication tailored to a diverse audience.
Preferred
Basic/intermediate knowledge of account management, client relations or a similar background.
