Responsibilities
Work with HR Manager to determine hiring needs.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Craft compelling job descriptions and employment ads to attract top talent.
Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources; LinkedIn, Indeed.com, Clear Company, social media, and professional networks.
Screen applications and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Select most qualified candidates for hiring manager, based on criteria of high performance in sales.
Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Support hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisions.
Process contractor agreements and onboard new Independent Sales Contractors.
Process offer letters and onboard new employees.
Update Hiring Spreadsheets and candidate records in ClearCompany on a daily basis.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Complete reference checks, if necessary.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of best recruiting practices, including sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
General understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS.
At least three years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience with ClearCompany ATS preferred.
