Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with your client's objectives. You plan AND do the work.
Work with your clients to drive the planning and tactical execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Build and analyze marketing dashboards and workflow automations. Present focused reports that communicate campaign performance and progress towards our clients’ marketing objectives.
Strategize, plan, and implement tactics such as:
CRO and landing page/creative testing
Pay-per-click advertising across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Search engine optimization to drive traffic and conversions.
Email, CRM, and lifecycle marketing initiatives for clients.
Collaborate with department leadership to craft and refine client strategies and scopes.

Required

5+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical skills
Strategic planning abilities
Knowledge of all digital marketing channels (+ expertise in at least two)
Experience working with B2B clients at an agency
Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing
Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: paid media, CRM, analytics & attribution, CRO
Understanding of the fundamentals of web analytics, conversion tracking, and tagging
Experience building analytics reports, dashboards, and analysis-driven slide decks
Knowledge of the difference between a GTM tag and a trigger
Knowledge of when to use GA4 explore and when to use Looker Studio
Creative problem solver with experience developing and executing innovative B2B marketing strategies
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
Ability to manage projects efficiently
Ability to run effective client meetings
Preparedness for client or team requests
