Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for 1-2 key clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship to ensure consistent product availability.
Provide in-depth product education to both clients and their customers, offering ongoing support and training on our client's products.
Collaborate with clients to ensure they are always stocked with the appropriate product levels, anticipating their needs, and making necessary adjustments.
Offer tailored, high-touch support to ensure a seamless client experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of each client’s unique preferences and challenges.
Conduct monthly on-site visits within the assigned client area to maintain strong relationships and provide in-person support.
Address any client concerns or product issues proactively, working closely with internal teams to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
Keep clients informed about product updates, changes, or new offerings and relay any feedback to our client's internal teams for continuous improvement.
Represent the client’s interests within the company, ensuring that internal teams understand and meet their expectations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven experience in client management, account management, customer success, sales, or hospitality-focused roles.
Experience within the c-store or convenience-adjacent industry, including gas stations or smoke shops, selling a CPG product.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
Ability to travel monthly within assigned client area.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Comfort with providing product education and support, both in-person and virtually.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A strong ability to positively influence potential and repeat customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
Results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be available for occasional travel, 50% of the time, as needed.
