Responsibilities
Make the Sale : Engage in both inbound and outbound calls, building strong relationships with clients, and turning those interactions into real sales.
Drive Results : Schedule appointments with clients eager to learn about our benefits and present tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Sell & Upsell : Showcase and sell our insurance products, while always looking for opportunities to upsell to maximize earnings.
Close Deals : Complete insurance applications, meet underwriter requirements, and ensure every client gets the coverage they need.
Track Success : Report daily performance metrics and participate in optional training to continually refine your sales skills.

Required
18 years of age or older.
Pass a background check.
High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
Reliable computer and internet access to work remotely.
