Responsibilities
You’ll leverage your skills in Adobe Premiere Pro to execute both basic and advanced editing techniques, from cutting and trimming to sequencing.
You’ll also work within the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder, to deliver professional-quality videos.
You’ll focus on creating compelling narratives, with a deep understanding of pacing and emotional resonance.
Your passion for storytelling will be reflected in the way you shape each video’s message and flow.
You’ll craft both short-form and long-form marketing videos to ensure they reach target audiences effectively. This includes but not limited to Social media ads, VSL (Video Sales Letters), Explainer Videos, Product Spotlight and Testimonials.
You will be producing adaptable, platform-optimized content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, OTT, and Broadcast TV.
You’ll apply audio mixing and noise reduction techniques to create high-quality soundscapes that elevate video content. This includes music editing, such as expanding or trimming tracks, and adding sound effects that enhance the overall narrative.
You will create visually engaging motion graphics and titles.
You’ll use MOGRTs (Motion Graphic Templates) and After Effects to add dynamic visual elements, improving viewer engagement and storytelling depth.
With a solid foundation in color correction and grading, you’ll enhance footage quality, using DaVinci Resolve and LUTs (Look Up Tables) for precise color management.
Your work will ensure visual consistency and appeal across all video projects.
Managing outputs effectively, you’ll use Adobe Media Encoder to handle multiple formats (MP4, MOV, etc.) and codecs, optimizing videos for various platforms.
Your proficiency with UHD/4K workflows, sequence settings, proxies, and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) ensures seamless project versioning and accurate labelling for efficient workflow management.

Required
2 to 3 years of experience in Video editing with Direct to consumer brands or DTC / Performance marketing agencies.
Familiarity with direct response marketing strategies and an understanding of social media advertising.
Strong understanding of video editing techniques and storytelling principles.
Experience with both long form and short form marketing videos that cater to different audiences.
Proficiency with Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects and Mogrts a plus).
Experience with Color correction and grading, Versioning and Output Optimization, understanding the different video formats will be required for this role.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to be able to adapt to the changing needs of the project.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred
Working on a Mac is preferred, but not a dealbreaker.
