Responsibilities
Growth Playbook Implementation
Develop sales implementation program that results in playbook implementation within 90 days of acquisition
Partner with integration and technology teams to plan and streamline the onboarding process of acquired companies to growth technology stack
Develop A+ external partner relationships critical to the growth playbook including tech stack consultants (e.g., salesforce consultant, digital marketing agencies)
Leverage feedback and data to track the effectiveness and relevance of playbook initiatives; refine implementation process accordingly
Continuously update growth tools and training to incorporate leading-industry tactics and new aspects of the sales playbook
Drive standardization of sales methodologies and tools across the organization
Growth Playbook Enablement
Develop standard training materials and lead training at each partner company to ensure adoption of tools and playbook (including leading salesforce training)
Develop and distribute market-facing and internal resources that support playbook initiatives (e.g., script templates for prospecting; quota setting templates)
Actively monitor and manage KPIs for each partner company; partner with CEOs of underperforming businesses to rapidly deploy tactics to turnaround growth
Own development of scorecard templates alongside our operators to ensure businesses have functions in place to support playbook
Develop a metrics-driven approach to monitor the effectiveness of enablement and onboarding, continually refining processes based on results, updates to the playbook, and industry-leading processes and technology
Responsible for managing knowledge management or LMS tool to ensure growth directory is up to date with latest, easy to understand resources

Required
6-10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related field
Proven track record of successful M&A integration experience
Strong understanding of sales technology stack, SalesForce, marketing automation systems (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo), and emerging sales solutions
Experience with change management and process implementation
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellence in cross-functional leadership and influence
Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree
