Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain contact lists and handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and task management.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company activities.

Required
1-5 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
