Responsibilities
Ensures the compliance of laws, rules, regulations, internal codes, policies, and procedures.
Monitors and evaluates adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of the ERM program, within the Public Sector Business Units.
Supporting the ERM team in reviewing client contracts, RFPs, and other related artifacts.
Supporting BUs as an ERM partner in the creation of new controls, procedures, and training.
Serving as an ERM advisor to the BUs in risk identification in accordance with the Conduent’s ERM Framework and Risk Taxonomy
Coordinating and supports ERM team’s Issues Management Program.
Serving as the Business Continuity Coordinator for the Public Sector BUs.
Utilizing analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations.
Leveraging relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
Working as an individual or through project teams, utilizing area(s) of expertise to achieve results.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral. Responsible for the coordination, completion, and updates to executives across the organization.

Required
Requires operational experience in financial services, Bank contact center or quality assurance leadership operations, or compliance related functions.
Must have an educational degree and 3-5 years of experience.
