Responsibilities

Deliver a comprehensive colleague training programme to stores across the East division.

Manage stakeholders within stores and the support office, ensuring that training needs are met and performance is enhanced.

Combine different learning techniques to provide an effective and engaging learning experience for all colleagues.

Facilitate development topics and review the development needs across the stores, providing tailored solutions to build better performance.

Work closely with the L&D team and RST team, attend and deliver content at national events, providing guidance and coaching to in-store trainers.

Ensure stores achieve great performance.

Work with the Apprenticeship Team to ensure OFSTED standards are adhered to, maintaining high standards of training and development.
