Responsibilities
Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation.
Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices.
Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.
Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs.
Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC.
Act as the voice of customer within the company.

Required
Demonstrable 3+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.
Highly interested in the Retail sector.
An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree.
Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus.
Knowledge of computer networking. A clear understanding of IP networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
You are a resident of the US or are in possession of an US working permit.
Willing to travel.
Preferred
Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is a big plus.
