Responsibilities
Identify potential sponsors and partners aligned with In-House Connect’s mission and audience.
Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule meetings.
Research prospective partners to understand their business goals and tailor outreach accordingly.
Present sponsorship and partnership opportunities, including event sponsorships, advertising packages, and other tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to design customized partnership packages that meet the needs of prospective sponsors.
Provide insights and feedback to improve sponsorship offerings and identify new opportunities for growth.
Stay updated on trends within the legal and professional services industries to identify partnership opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and sponsorship offerings to refine In-House Connect’s approach.
Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities, partner interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on outreach progress and revenue generation.

Required
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership development, preferably in events, media, or professional services.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust quickly.
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with a consultative approach.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and productivity platforms like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services is a plus.
