Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for assigned healthcare clients, developing and building long-term relationships. Needs to take complete ownership of account mgmt.
Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and challenges in the healthcare sector to propose customized IT solutions.
Hold regular cadence meetings to ensure project deliverables are on time from both onshore and offshore team. Educate and mentor them to make sure complete alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to align on client-specific requirements and deliverables.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
Enhance client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and responding to inquiries efficiently.
Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to evaluate satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional consulting and IT services to existing clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, project progress, and operational metrics to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the healthcare sector to provide strategic insights to clients. Consulting and solution providing business approach.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in account management/Client Management or client-facing roles within the IT consulting or healthcare IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes, particularly in the healthcare domain.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Sound understanding of project management and P&L mgmt.
Preferred
Experience in managing consulting projects with offshore teams is preferred.
