Responsibilities
Organize and process claims into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all claims and invoices processed.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to claims and billing.
Support a streamlined process for efficient and accurate billing.
Work closely with internal team members to resolve billing issues and ensure timely reimbursement for Talkspace.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related work-experience.
Experience with electronic claims processing and/or billing software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Preferred
2+ years of experience in billing and accounting.
Healthcare experience, experience with medical billing codes and terminology.
