Responsibilities
Customer Journey Analytics : Implement and optimize Adobe CJA to analyse cross-channel customer interactions and identify key moments in the customer lifecycle.
Multi-Touch Attribution : Design and manage MTA models to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and optimize budget allocation.
Data Reporting & Insights : Develop dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and journey optimization.
Martech Integration : Manage integrations across CRM , marketing automation , and analytics platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accurate tracking.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to inform strategies and optimize customer experiences.

Required
5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, digital analytics, or related roles.
A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing an Adobe Experience Cloud analytics product (Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics) along with Adobe Tags.
Strong background in Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
Experience with Martech tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, data visualization tools).
Strong data analysis, reporting, and communication skills.
