Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budget proposals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
To Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, while delivering top-line revenue growth as per agreed sales targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
Prepare and submit sales proposals for key clients and prospects.
Monitor and report weekly and monthly sales progress to senior leadership, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and roadblocks.
Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, JustCall.IO, Apollo.io, and others to manage sales pipelines and achieve a pipeline coverage ratio of 4.0.
Collaborate closely with the India team (sales, presales, service delivery teams) to facilitate smooth onboarding of new customers and ensure seamless service delivery.
Contribute to marketing collateral, case studies, and testimonials to support sales efforts.
Participate in industry networking events, both online and offline, and represent the company effectively.
Stay updated with local market trends and maintain industry connections with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Required
Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the US market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and business engagements as needed.
