Responsibilities
Lead project management using JIRA, facilitating scrum meetings, creating project charters, and ensuring timelines are met.
Manage and provide input on KPI definitions and calculations, particularly for pharmaceutical commercial data related to sales and marketing (e.g., IQVIA LAAD, DDD, APLD, Co-pay Card, SPP, EDI867, Veeva CRM).
Gather requirements and manage data integration, ETL workflows, and BI dashboard implementation, with MicroStrategy as the preferred reporting tool.
Oversee SIT and UAT processes, including drafting and executing test scripts with a strong focus on data quality.
Use Snowflake and basic SQL to extract data sets for validation and support SIT/UAT processes.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams, ensuring adherence to privacy and PII regulations.
Coordinate UAT by supporting comparative data pulls for testing.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including writing articles, creating data dictionaries, drafting requirements, and producing training content and data interface agreements.
Exhibit excellent business communication, change management, and presentation skills for leadership teams.

Required
Pharmaceutical commercial data experience is a must.
Strong experience with JIRA, MicroStrategy, Snowflake, and SQL.
Ability to manage data projects involving complex integrations and reporting.
Preferred
Experience with legal/compliance requirements in the life sciences sector is a plus.
