Responsibilities
Creating and communicating the product vision with the team and stakeholders
Providing a forward-looking view for stakeholders through sprint reviews and maintaining regularly scheduled product roadmaps
Assessing value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and legislative effective dates
Maintaining a prioritized backlog of PeopleSoft system changes to ensure clients and current and in compliance with tax, legal and regulatory changes
Ensuring that each backlog item provides value to our clients/stakeholders
Development of clear user stories (containing the business requirement) for each change as required for PeopleSoft clients
Development of clear, comprehensive Acceptance Criteria for each change
Providing end user documentation that is client-facing, with an appropriate level of content, system business process impacts (ready for use by the sales and marketing team)
Assisting with client case issues from troubleshooting, prioritizing, effective team engagement, through issue resolution

Required
10+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft HCM
10+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft FSCM
Understanding of current Payroll and Human Resource legislation
Strong Agile Story Writing Skills with appropriate Acceptance Criteria
Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria
Ability to work autonomously while ensuring management is well informed
Strong Leadership skills
Team player
Preferred
Product Ownership Experience in Agile environment
