Responsibilities
Compose original songs in the style of 60s rock and soul
Create detailed arrangements for lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass, and drums
Write vocal arrangements for multiple singers
Transpose all instrumental parts to accurate tablature notation
Develop coherent song structures that maintain period authenticity
