Responsibilities
Implement business strategies aimed at improving processes, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify issues and providing management recommendations for areas of improvement.
Provide training and support to peers on new processes, systems, and general onboarding.
Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Serve as the liaison with various internal and external business partners to understand business needs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent work experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience.
3 years of experience in a health care driven industry required
2 years of experience in a related field such as operations, technical, project management, product or other related field required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
Demonstrated project management skills
Possess strong analytical, technical, and decision making skills
Ability to meet schedule deadlines and departmental goals
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability
Must possess ability to maintain professional relationship with vendors and other external partners
