Responsibilities

Ensure 100% compliance across all financing agreements and serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for external financing partners.

Manage and interpret complex financing agreements, serving as the knowledge center for all financing agreements.

Oversee project finance functions, including producing and reviewing reports, monitoring key metrics, forecasting cash distributions, and managing construction loan administration.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis, draft financial tools, interpret financial statements, and contribute to senior management reports.

Support and lead financial transactions such as closings, refinancing, payoffs, and term conversions, and manage processes for consents, amendments, and waivers.
