Responsibilities
• Athlete Sourcing: Identify and contact NCAA athletes through social media direct messaging and email to explore potential partnerships.
• Brand Sourcing: Research and compile a list of local and national brands that align with specific athletes' interests and profiles.
• Athlete Screening: Conduct preliminary screenings with athletes to understand their preferences and identify suitable brand matches.
• Outreach Coordination: Develop and execute outreach strategies for athletes and brands, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings between athletes and the AMR team to align partnership goals.
• Google Drive Organization: Maintain an organized Google Drive by filing contracts, pitch decks, and campaign materials systematically.
• Spreadsheet Tracking: Use Google Sheets to track athlete progress, outreach efforts, and brand partnerships, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Email Management: Monitor and forward emails related to partnership opportunities and ongoing campaigns.
• Pitch Deck Updates: Assist in updating pitch decks with current data, visuals, and athlete success stories to enhance client presentations.
• Weekly Reports: Prepare and share detailed weekly reports summarizing athlete sourcing progress, brand outreach efforts, and campaign updates.
• Administrative Support: Provide support in organizing contracts, tracking athlete performance, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communication, or a related field.
Strong interest in sports marketing, athlete representation, and the NIL landscape.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Drive, Docs, and Gmail.
Ability to effectively use Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Familiarity with organizing and maintaining a structured Google Drive folder system.
Competence in forwarding emails and managing communication threads efficiently.
Experience copying and pasting information between devices (e.g., phone to laptop) to streamline workflows.
Capability to create and submit clear and concise weekly reports summarizing tasks and progress.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Social media savvy, with hands-on experience using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
