Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective clients in industries requiring cleanroom solutions. Develop a strategic plan to target and engage with key decision-makers in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, healthcare, biotechnology, and manufacturing.
Drive sales growth by generating leads, developing relationships, and closing deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies that build a strong pipeline and actively manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals within the Salesforce.com CRM.
Understand client needs and provide tailored cleanroom solutions. Collaborate with technical teams and engineers to develop comprehensive proposals and present them to clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted technical cleanroom consultant. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with Engineering, Service, and Project Management to provide accurate updates for customers and smooth project implementation.
Monitor market trends, analyze sales performance, and provide reports. Use data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.
Represent the company at customer sites, trade shows, and networking events. Deliver compelling presentations and engage with potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Forecast sales, track performance, and manage budgets.
Continuously learn and develop sales skills in the cleanroom industry. Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Achieve and exceed financial revenue and booking targets.

Ability to drive market share by listening to clients and developing creative solutions.
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels of an organization (internal and external).
Hunter mentality with a demonstrated track record of success and consultative selling.
Excellent presentation skills in the customer environment and show team orientation, communication skills, and customer orientation.
High degree of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer), to enable sound decisions.
Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues.
Ability to develop an understanding of product knowledge on all product lines.
Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product/solutions offerings).
Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans.
Develop, build, and cultivate long-term relationships with key management in the customer organization.
Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, develop sales forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role with cleanroom-related roles strongly preferred.
Technical solution-based capital equipment sales.
Experience with sales quotas, and forecasting.
Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Success with both shorter, high transactional, and longer-term sales cycles.
Willing to travel up to 25-50%+ as needed.
Preferred
Professional sales training like SPIN or Miller-Heiman a plus.
