Responsibilities

Identify and advocate for the needs of your customers.

Collaborate with other designers to help define and create great and consistent customer experiences.

Leverage design principles to inform your work.

Inspire your team and cross-functional partners to push the boundaries of UX quality.

Leverage your cross functional partners in collaborative decisions to drive customer impact.

Present work in a range of fidelities to your cross-functional partners and stakeholders to get alignment.

Balance the priorities of the business with the customer’s needs, and speak to the pros and cons in your designs.

Create production quality visual assets for use in our products, and contribute with patterns that are scalable.

Build prototypes to share and test concepts.

Work closely with engineering to troubleshoot and ship products.

Comfortable and motivated by work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
