Responsibilities
Establish and build relationships with prospective clients and key personnel within target organizations.
Recognize the needs of the prospective clients and provide detailed information to the key personnel about the technical specifications of the medical cost containment solutions offered by the company.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
Present sales proposals, coordinate, lead product and technology demonstrations, and prepare sales contracts.
Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
Negotiate with clients as business or product lines may require, including pricing, financial and performance guarantees.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts, expanding the company’s market share.
Build strong relationships with major clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structuring to close high-value deals.
Work closely with the marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader company initiatives.
Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform new product development and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, market expansion, and operational improvements.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating large sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales plans.
Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
