Responsibilities

Lead and manage the field-based reimbursement team, including responsibilities for coaching, hiring, and evaluating team performance.
Develop and implement payer business plans with an adaptable approach.
Design long-term strategies, launch plans, and budgets for billing and reimbursement processes.
Guide the team in utilizing approved tools to support and educate physician office staff on patient assistance programs and call center services.
Serve as the reimbursement expert for the team, proactively communicating relevant changes to key stakeholders.
Identify and address reimbursement challenges across the United States.
Educate the team and healthcare professionals on information and processes related to support services.
Represent the company at industry conferences and strategically engage with providers.
Collaborate with the US Commercial team and finance team on matters related to billing and reimbursement.
Meet targets and objectives established by senior leadership.
Monitor and analyze HUB portal data for all geographic markets to provide insights for strategic initiatives and potential challenges.
Ensure continuous training and education for cross-functional partners.
