Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Lead regional service technicians in providing Best-In-Class services to customers
Utilize a combination of management controls, including site visits, quality audits, customer surveys and service KPI metrics
Must have strong electrical (PLC) and strong mechanical skills
Must be able to hire and lead field technicians
Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management

Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' of experience either in technical support or management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available for travel
Must have strong electrical (PLC) and strong mechanical skills
Must be able to hire and lead field technicians
