Responsibilities
Collection of data from various sources and adding them in single repository & setting up the notification system to repository.
Gather the requirements by working with the business os role is more about business requirements.
Good Product Management along with analytical and people skills are required.
Good experience in Data Warehousing or Data Mapping
Good leadership skills and ability to drive scope with business and execute the end-product with the engineering teams spread across US and India.
It is desirable to have data and reporting skills to be effective at the job.
Analyze the data fields from both the systems (SharePoint and CobbleStone) for mapping purposes and reports are built on it. At later point there will be need to analyze other sources as well.
Design the system to identify duplicate contracts along with searching capability.
Design a notification mechanism to track the expiry of the contracts or the nearing expiry based on 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day intervals.
Interact tightly with the offshore teams to hand-off the requirements to help build the contract repository system.
Should be comfortable working with Eng team and giving the solutions.
Should be Comfortable on Agile - 2-week sprints - making sure business partners are happy by delivering regular updates.
Reporting at various levels(Eng team, business level) - are you comfortable ?
