Responsibilities
Design, configure, and deploy integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and the HCM Extract tool.
Manage continuous integration workflows to support real-time data exchange between Oracle HCM and various external applications.
Collaborate with HCM functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and maintain data integrity.
Develop and use HCM Extracts for data extraction, transformations, and loading.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience with OIC and proven expertise with the Oracle HCM Extract tool.
Strong understanding of HCM Extract functionalities and real-time data integration.
Proficiency in OIC components: Integrations, Adapters, and Process Cloud.
Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules and Fusion APIs.
Knowledge of integration security and OCI administration.
